Undergraduate: $14 per hour Masters: $17.65 per hour PhD: $23.56 per hour
Job Description: The positions will contribute to a fast-paced and growing team supporting technological advancement for the aerospace and defense sector. In this position, the individual will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the team’s daily routines and procedures. Interns would be expected to perform digital engineering, prepare information, and research materials, prepare presentations, and attend functions and networking events.
Engineering interns are sought to support Hardware Development, Systems Engineering, DevSecOps, and Test & Evaluation teams for hypersonics and small satellite areas. Interns will support the development of products in all aspects of the engineering development cycle to apply current and further develop engineering skills. Including, not limited to, the development of system/subsystem requirement development, product computer aided model (CAD), computer simulations (structural, fluid, SPICE, circuit), design and test of mixed signal and digital embedded systems, support ranging from schematic capture to PCB development, programing (C, C++, Python, Verilog VHDL), working in Siemens & Unix environments and data analytics, technical drawings & schematics, product troubleshooting, development and review of standard operating and safety procedures.
