Portfolio Company VistaAST Announces Acquisition

Palmer Hamilton, LLC of Elkhorn WI, a leading design and manufacturing firm of turn-key educational dining and learning environments, acquires a majority position in Vista AST, LLC of Youngstown, Ohio.  Vista’s flagship product is the INVENTORcloud Program which provides curriculum and educational support for Fab Labs, STEAM Labs and Innovation Labs in the educational market throughout the United States.

INVENTORcloud offers authentic, problem-based learning which uses equipment such as 3D printers and laser cutters along with software design tools.  Aligned to academic standards, the curriculum emphasizes 21st-century skills of creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and communication which are crucial for career-readiness and post-secondary education.
